Education cannot be restricted to four walls. For personality development, many social as well as natural factors are responsible. On this principle, Gurukul works on rural development. For this, the area in the vicinity of the Gurukul has been adopted as a laboratory.

  • Various activities are undertaken by the Gurukul in these areas on weekly basis called as Sanskar Varg. The students are developed through activities like singing, skits, games, group discussions etc.
  • To inculcate scientific thought, several experiments are conducted by an organization “Vigyan Vahini”, exhibition on principles of Science Pune, in these villages.
  • Rural health check-up camps are organised in these villages under the leadership of Dr. Alka Niranter.
  • Cultural programmes are organized on various occasions such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Ganpati festival, Parents Meetings etc. These platforms are used to sensitize and educate the students.
